Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Ontario G1 Practice or this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Downloads through Google Play are also covered by the Google Play Terms of Service.
What the app is
The app offers original practice questions, mock tests and progress tracking to help you prepare for the Ontario G1 knowledge test. It is a study aid only.
Accuracy of content
We work to keep questions correct and current, but road rules change and mistakes can happen. Always check the current driver's handbook and the rules published by your provincial licensing authority. We are not responsible for decisions you make based only on the app.
Acceptable use
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial study.
- Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish the questions or design.
- Do not reverse engineer, tamper with or attack the app or its content servers.
- Do not click your own ads or ask others to click ads. This can break AdMob rules and may get ads disabled.
- Do not use the app for anything unlawful.
Ads
The app is free and supported by advertising. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and follow the AdMob Program Policies and the Google Play Developer Program Policies. We do not control the content of third party ads, but you can report an ad through the ad's own report option.
Intellectual property
The app, its questions, explanations, design and branding belong to MMS Studio, except for third party components used under their own licences (for example the Inter typeface under the SIL Open Font License). You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices.
Third party services
The app uses services from Google, including AdMob and Firebase. Their terms and policies apply to those services: Firebase Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, and Google Play Developer Program Policies.
Availability and updates
We may change, pause or remove features, questions or the whole app at any time. Some content may update without a new app release. Some features need an internet connection.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the app will always be error free, uninterrupted or suitable for your needs.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MMS Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including a failed test, lost fees or lost time, arising from use of the app. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law rules. Your local consumer protection rights, where they apply, are not affected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
